The Team Lead, Marketing Services will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Marketing Services team. The individual in this role is an expert in Digital Marketing and has experience executing numerous successful campaigns for clients of all sizes. The individual in this position brings a high level of campaign management experience as well as team building and training to the table.

Position duties

The Team Lead, Marketing Services will be responsible for the following:

  • Manages the Marketing Services team members, assigning work and accounts of focus while also helping to develop and grow the members of the team
  • Collaborates with the Director, Marketing Services Operations to establish an over-arching Search Optics Omni-Channel Media strategy and associated business requirements, tasks, processes, and resources required for support
  • Manages and executes the implementation of Search Optics Paid Media strategies, across various channels including Social, Search, Display, Video
  • Holds meetings with third party partners and platform providers and provides input on platform choices
  • Communicates with team members and leadership on strategy and project development, timelines, and results
  • Vast platform experience building campaigns, managing budgets, and executing daily optimizations to align with client objectives.
  • Interacts with clients and provides internal training for Marketing Services, Account Management, and Sales teams
  • Provides direct management of high-profile clients
  • Manages the implementation of digital strategies for clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Position requirements

The individual in this role will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in an agency or client role responsible for Campaign Execution and Strategy
  • An understanding of digital media analytics is required (report generation and interpretation)
  • Automotive digital experience is preferred
  • Experience managing a team of digital media professionals is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
