Marketing Services Coordinator

Position description

The Marketing Services Coordinator will create detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the project, and will also make sure that work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams and other departments.

Position duties

Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and optimize cross-channel processes to deliver highly efficient and quality results

· Manage project deadlines using online project management tools

· Track and prioritize project tasks based on SLAs

· Organize and maintain client deliverables for allocation to vendor and internal operations teams

· Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor communications

· Provide analytics and strategy support as needed

Position requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· 1-3 Years Digital Advertising Experience

· Experience working with Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and Google My Business for a client or company

· Ability to demonstrate strong writing and editing skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Client communication experience and the ability to work in a fast paced client services environment,

· A balance of creative, analytical, and discipline skills

· Must be able to work autonomously within established best practices and platform guidelines

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field or commensurate experience is required

Working Conditions

· Indoor, environmentally controlled conditions

· In contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise) frequently, including working in teams

· Perform job tasks in slightly close physical proximity to other people, does not currently apply under COVID Precautions

Physical Requirements

· Remain in the seated position, in front of a computer, for extensive periods of time

· The ability to listen and to understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences

· Perform work using computers and electronic devices

· Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing

· Lift an object between approximately 10 and 25 pounds

· Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less

· Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or to the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly

· Travel at a minimum of 10% of the time, which includes driving rental vehicles and flying on commercial airplanes, does not currently apply under COVID Policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
